Welcome to Barkinabout! By shopping with us, you're agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth, tail-wagging experience!

1. Products & Services
Barkinabout is a small family-owned business based in Wynnum, QLD. We sell a range of high-quality dog accessories and pet-themed gifts, including and not limited to:

  • Dog Harnesses, Collars & Leashes

  • Dog Blankets, Bandanas & Bows

  • Doggie Gift Boxes

  • Gifts for Dog Lovers

We aim to deliver stylish, practical, and comfortable products for dogs and their humans.

2. Orders & Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation after placing an order. If you do not receive one, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at barkinabout@gmail.com.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped from our Brisbane HQ within 1–2 business days.

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days (after dispatch)

  • Express Shipping: 1–5 business days (after dispatch)

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order is on its way.

We are not responsible for delivery delays once the package has been handed to Australia Post. The above time frame is an estimate. 

4. Address Changes
If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we’re happy to update your shipping address. Once shipped, you’ll need to contact Australia Post directly.

5. Cancellations & Amendments
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. If changes are needed, contact us at barkinabout@gmail.com ASAP, and we’ll do our best to help before dispatch.

6. Discount Codes
Discount codes must be applied at checkout. Unfortunately, we can’t apply codes retroactively once the order has been placed.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or sizing issues.

  • We do accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Sale items and used/worn products are not eligible for return.

  • Faulty items or order issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.

8. Sizing Disclaimer
Our size guide is intended as a helpful tool to assist in finding the right fit. Please measure your dog carefully before purchasing. Barkinabout is not responsible for sizing issues. For questions, contact us before ordering.

9. Product Care
Please follow the care instructions provided with each product. We recommend cold washes and avoiding direct sunlight for drying.

10. Donations Disclaimer
Barkinabout donates 5% of profits from every order to local dog shelters, rescues, and charities. Donations are made monthly or quarterly, at our discretion. We are committed to transparency and giving back, but reserve the right to adjust the donation schedule or recipients as needed.
