Shipping Policy

We’re here to make sure your pup’s new gear arrives safely and promptly — because we know how exciting it is when happy mail hits the doorstep!

1. Dispatch Times
We pack and ship all orders from our Brisbane HQ. Please allow:

• 1–2 business days for your order to be dispatched

2. Shipping Options (Australia)

• Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days after dispatch
• Express Shipping: 1–5 business days after dispatch

Delivery times can vary depending on your location and peak seasons. Once your parcel is in the hands of Australia Post, we’ll keep you updated with tracking info.

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves us, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Can’t find it? Check your spam folder or give us a woof at barkinabout@gmail.com.

4. Address Changes
Changed your mind about where it's going? If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us ASAP to update the address. Once it’s with Australia Post, you’ll need to arrange redirection with them directly.

5. Lost or Delayed Orders
We’ll do our best to help if your parcel gets delayed or lost. While we can’t control the postie, we’re happy to chase it up with you. Email us with your order number and we’ll get sniffing.

6. Sending a Gift?
No worries! Just pop the recipient’s address at checkout and we’ll send it straight to them — no invoices or pricing included!
