ORDERS

Where’s my order?!
Once we send your order from our Brisbane HQ, you’ll get a tracking email. Wait about 24 hours for updates, then track your pup’s new gear! If it's been longer, drop us a woof at barkinabout@gmail.com, and we'll help you out!

Why didn’t I get an order confirmation?
Uh-oh, your confirmation might’ve got off the leash and into your spam folder! Check there, and if it’s still playing hide and seek, email us, and we’ll fetch it for you!

I have an issue with my order—help!
Don’t panic, we’ll fix it! Drop us a message at barkinabout@gmail.com, and we’ll make sure your order’s as perfect as your pup’s tail wag!

Can I change my shipping address?
If we haven’t shipped yet, just let us know ASAP, and we’ll change it faster than a Greyhound chasing a tennis ball! If your order is already on its way, contact Australia Post to reroute it.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges
For change of mind or sizing issues, we accept exchanges within 30 days of your order being delivered (unused and in original packaging with tags, of course!).
Unless there’s a mistake on our end (which, paws crossed, rarely happens). If you spot a problem, let us know within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll make it right!

I forgot to apply a discount code, what can I do?
Unfortunately, once the order has been placed, it cannot be amended to add a discount code. But hey, there’s always next time—don’t worry, we’ll have another bone to throw your way!

Can I edit or cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed, unfortunately, we can’t cancel or refund orders. If you need to make changes, contact us ASAP, and we'll do our best to amend your order before it's dispatched—barkinabout@gmail.com.

Where is my order shipped from?
Our Brisbane HQ, where the doggy magic happens!

DELIVERY

Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking number to follow your order’s journey via Australia Post.

How long does it take to dispatch your order?
• Standard Orders: 1-2 business days

How long will shipping take?
• Standard Postage: 2 to 8 days (after dispatch)
• Express Postage: 1 to 4 days (after dispatch)
(Delays can happen, but we’ll keep you updated!)

Can I send a gift box directly to someone else?
You bet! Just enter their shipping details at checkout, and we’ll send it straight to them—no receipts or pricing (we keep it classy, just like your dog).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How do I return or exchange something?
For change of mind or sizing issues, we accept returns / exchanges within 30 days (unused and in original packaging with tags, of course!). For faulty items, we’ll make it right!

How long does a return take?
Once we get your return, we’ll process it in 2-4 business days.

What items can’t be returned?
• Sale items
• Used or worn items

SIZING

How do I know what size to purchase?
We’re always here to help you find the perfect fit for your pup. We recommend measuring your dog’s neck (around where the collar sits) and chest (the widest part behind their front legs) and comparing these to our ‘size guide.’ Keep in mind, our size guide is just a guide—every pup is different! If you’re still unsure, shoot us an email with a photo of your dog, and we’ll help you choose the right size—barkinabout@gmail.com.

PRODUCT CARE

Collars and Harnesses
Our collars, harnesses, leads, and poop bag holders can be washed in the washing machine on a cold cycle (but be sure to put them in a delicate bag). Hang them out to dry but keep them out of direct sunlight for the best care!

Leads and Poop Bag Holders
A cold hand wash works wonders for our leashes and poop bag holders, too. Hang them to dry, keeping them away from direct sunlight.

WHOLESALE & BULK ORDERS

Do you offer bulk discounts?
