Need to Exchange an Item? Here’s How! 

We get it — sometimes the fit just isn’t quite right. If you need to exchange your Barkinabout products, we’re here to help!

Here’s what to do:

1. Make sure your item is:
   • Unused
   • In original packaging
   • Tags still attached
   • Within 30 days of delivery
   
   
2. Fill out our Contact Form below and include the following info:
   • Full Name
   • Order Number
   • Item(s) you'd like to exchange
   • Reason for exchange (wrong size, preferred colour, etc.)
   • The new size or item you need
   
   
3. Once we’ve received your request, we’ll get back to you with the next steps and instructions for sending your item back to us.

Please note:

• We don’t offer refunds for change of mind or sizing issues.
• Exchanges are processed once we receive the returned item in its original condition.
